This is actually pretty tasty, but Chef Mike is not kidding about going easy on the salt. They are flaky more than crunchy, as they are quite thin and flimsy. It was a breeze to make and super simple!

Loving the CSA but have one major problem. Is there any way we can get some advance warning on what is coming? Having this would make menu planning and shopping for items to go with very helpful.

Thanks

AMY

In my previous CSA experience, not knowing what I was getting each week did very much add to the excitement of pick-up. However, I do see the value in having a "heads up." We are actually supposed to get some information prior to delivery that I will always pass along. We will continue to working with the farmer on this.
