Minted Cucumber Dip
This dip is refreshingly delicious and mega easy to prepare - five minutes to be exact!
Serve with raw veggies, pita bread, crackers, or spicy foods.
Ingredients:
- 1 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded
- 1 cup yogurt
- 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
- Briefly puree the cucumber in a blender
- Stir in the yogurt and mint
