Minted Cucumber Dip

This dip is refreshingly delicious and mega easy to prepare - five minutes to be exact!

Serve with raw veggies, pita bread, crackers, or spicy foods.

Ingredients:

  • 1 medium cucumber, peeled and seeded
  • 1 cup yogurt
  • 1 tablespoon finely chopped fresh mint
Process:
  1. Briefly puree the cucumber in a blender

  2. Stir in the yogurt and mint
